Select the Original or spice it up a bit with two different cheese and Jalapeno blends - either a cheddar cheese and Jalapeno, or a white pepper cheese and Jalapeno. The two with jalapeno are not hot, only flavorful as the sausage are made without seeds or rinds of the pepper. This provides the full flavor of the jalapeno without the associated heat. Both the cheddar and pepper cheese mix well on a charcutier board with the original. The sausages are shelf stable and should be stored in a cool, dry place.
